Many people now believe that diet soda is to help them lose weight. I can only assume that because the word was one in to it, “diet”. If you look at the material and look very promising, in layers of sugar and calories. can really help you lose weight already?

Well the simple answer is NO. There is absolutely no chance that this drink will help you lose weight. I want to be clear about this.

The reason why versions have a diet low in calories and low sugar levels because they are drawing a natural sugar with artificial sweeteners. artificial sweetener is one of the worst things ever made. I can not begin to describe how bad they are.
