How to Handle Stress – The Relaxation Response

Many scientific studies have shown meditation to improve health. It reduces stress. Reduce blood pressure. Risk of developing diabetes or heart attack. But you know why?

According to Herbert Benson is all the Relaxation Response. He said that this is a state of “calm but vigilant,” which is produced by meditation. And protect yourself from stress with regular exercise.
